Service
InvoiceVeil creates modified test copies of invoice XML files. It is a privacy aid for debugging, support and software testing—not accounting, tax, legal, payment or compliance advice. Keep the original invoice unchanged and review every generated file before sharing it.
Free and Pro use
The free version processes one file at a time. A Pro purchase grants one person or one internal team a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to the batch workspace as it exists and is updated. Resale, public redistribution and using the service to process data unlawfully are not permitted.
Price and access
InvoiceVeil Pro costs €29 as a one-time payment unless checkout clearly displays a different promotional price. There is no subscription. Access is remembered through a secure cookie in the purchasing browser. You can download a recovery code and use it to restore access in another browser. The code is non-transferable and must be kept private because anyone who has it can use the licensed workspace.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record. See the InvoiceVeil refund policy for the request process and additional details. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
No validation guarantee
InvoiceVeil aims to preserve XML structure while replacing selected text. Synthetic values can intentionally fail checksums, business rules or scheme validation. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee that every sensitive field, format extension or jurisdiction-specific identifier will be detected.
Liability and seller information
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for Pro. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. InvoiceVeil is operated by Ye Yuanfeng as an individual seller. Paddle.com acts as merchant of record for orders, conducts the order process, handles returns and provides purchase-related customer service. The merchant and support details shown at checkout and on the receipt form part of these terms.
